  Banana-rum ice cream

2 Egg      1/2 c Sugar
1/4 c Honey      1 tb Lemon juice
2 c Half-and-half      1 c Whipping cream
3 tb Rum
 In a large bowl beat eggs until blended. Beat in sugar and honey un- til smooth and light. Stir in bananas and lemon juice. Stir in half-and-half whipping cream and rum.
