1 Onion; chopped 1/2 c Scallion; chopped 1 ts Salt 4 ts Jamaican pimento (allspice) 1 ts Nutmeg 1 ts Cinnamon 4 Habaņero peppers; preferred -else Jalapeņo 1 ts Black pepper 4 Garlic cloves 2 tb Grated ginger 2 tb Lime juice 1/4 c Olive oil 1/2 c Red wine vinegar |
