1 Onion; chopped      1/2 c Scallion; chopped
1 ts Salt      4 ts Jamaican pimento (allspice)
1 ts Nutmeg      1 ts Cinnamon
4 Habaņero peppers; preferred -else Jalapeņo      1 ts Black pepper
4 Garlic cloves      2 tb Grated ginger
2 tb Lime juice      1/4 c Olive oil
1/2 c Red wine vinegar
 Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Process at high speed for 10 to 15 seconds. Store in a non-reactive container; this is very corrosive to metals! from the rec.food.recipes archives
