3/4 c Coarse-grain Dijon-style -mustard      2 tb Cider vinegar
2 tb Honey      1 1/2 ts Hot pepper sauce
 In a small bowl whisk together the ingredients until they are thouroughly combined. If desired the mustard can be made hotter by adding cayenne.
