10 Eggs      100 g Sugar
1 Grated lemon rind      1/2 dl Cream
50 g Butter (melted)      1 kg Flour
 Mix well and roll out 1/2 cm thick. Cut out rounds and fry in deep fat (200 C). Dust with powdered sugar. E Guete! (More or less Switzerdeutsch for "Bon appetit!".)
