1/4 c Oil palm      1 c Onions; chopped
2 Eggs; hard cooked chopped      1 ts Chile malageuta; minced
2 c Flour
 manioc MMMMM--------------------HEAT SCALE - MEDIUM------------------------- Heat palm oil in a frying pan and fry the onions until golden brown. Add hard-boiled eggs and saute the mixture for 1 minute. Next add the chiles and manioc flour stirring constantly until the mixture turns golden. Substitute piquin if malagueta chiles are unavailable. Note: if palm oil is unavailable or a healthier alternative is desired substitute vegetable oil with 3 teaspoons of paprika added.
