24 lg Tomatoes -- peeled and Chopped      3 lg Red peppers -- seeded and Chopped
4 lg Green peppers -- seeded and Chopped      2 Hot peppers -- seeded and Chopped
1 c Sugar      3 c Cider vinegar
2 tb Salt      4 lg Onions
2 Cloves garlic      1 ts Ground cloves
2 ts Ginger      1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 1/2 ts Pepper
 Combine all the ingredients except the spices in a large kettle and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add the spices and continue cooking for 15 minutes. Check the seasoning and texture and cook longer if it needs thickening. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal. Recipe By :
