1 5 lb chicken cubed      1/4 lb Salt pork
2 md Onions diced      1/2 ts Oregano Salt Pepper
1 c Cold Water      4 md Potatoes diced
1/4 c Flour      2 md Carrots diced (optional)
8 c Boiling water
 Cube salt pork and cut chicken into cubes.Fry pork until golden set aside. Add chicken and fry until brown.Put everything into a large pot and cook until meat is tender.Blend flour and cold water and add to the fricot to thicken it.Summer savory may be also added for extra flavour.
