2 Frozen bananas      1/2 c To 3/4 water
2 tb Nuts - OR -      1 tb Peanut butter
1/16 ts Salt      1 1/2 tb Carob powder
1/8 ts Mint-peppermint flavor.
 Follow directions for banana ice cream leaving out the liquid called for in that recipe. BANANA ICE CREAM INSTRUCTIONS: Peel ripe but not mushy bananas. Place in plastic bag and freeze solid.
