  Apple wedges with poppy-seed dressing
 
Yield: 2 sweet ones
 
2 tb Orange juice; 1 ds Salt;      2 ts Salad oil; 1 md Apple;
1 ts Honey; Lettuce leaves;      1/4 ts Poppy seed;
 For dressing in a small bowl combine the orange juice salad oil honey poppy seed and salt. Stir together till well blended. Cover and chili till serving time. Core apple and cut into wedges.
