3 tb Butter 2 tb Tarragon      1 ea Chopped small red potato 2 tb Basil
 Saute vegetables in butter for 5 minutes. Add water and bouillon cube; simemr 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes more. Serve.
