  Mixed vegetable & frankfurter casserole

1/2 pk Frozen veggies del sol(16oz)      2 Tomatoes large chopped
1/2 ts Paprika Butter or margarine      1/3 c Vegetable or olive oil
2 Garlic cloves crushed      1 tb Edam cheese grated
1 lb Frankfurters
 skinless 1. Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain and spread evenly in a 9-inch square baking dish. Set aside. 2. Combine oil tomatoes garlic and paprika is a saucepan; cook 20 minutes. 3. Pour over vegetables; sprinkle with grated cheese. 4. Dot with butter; lay sliced frankfurters on top. 5. Bake in preheated 400'F. oven 15 minutes or until top is browned and cheese completely melted. NOTE: Vegetables del sol contains broccoli carrots and cauliflower. Frankfurters can either be beef or turkey.
