1/2 c Applesauce      2 tb Cocoa
1/2 ts Baking powder      1/2 ts Baking soda
2 pk Sweet & low
 Put all ingredientsin a blender and mix well. Spray 2 mini-loaf pans with Pam and pour in batter. Bake at 350 for 18 min. Don't over bake. Should be chewy.
