  Sweet noodle kugel
 
Yield: 12 Servings
 
1 lb Broad noodles cooked and Drained      1 1/2 pt Sour cream
1 1/2 c Butter melted      1 1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla      5 Eggs beaten
1 lb Crushed pineapple well Drained      4 oz Dried apricots or peaches
 Diced Cinnamon sugar Grease 9 by 13 inch-pan. Combine all ingredients except cinnamon sugar. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Shared by: Dan Klepach Nov/95 From: Intercook
