  Shrimp dip delight
 
Yield: 4 Cups
 
1 lb Shrimp raw      8 oz Cream cheese
2 c Green onion chopped fine      3 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Parsley chopped      1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Cayenne pepper      1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Celery
 chopped Boil peel and devein shrimp. Chop finely and set aside. In a bowl blend cream cheese with onion celery lemon juice parsley salt cayenne pepper and mayonnaise. Fold in chopped shrimp and refrigerate overnight.
