1/2 c Chopped scallions      1/2 c Chopped celery
2 tb Chopped fresh mint      2 c Bulgur -- prepared
1 tb Extra virgin olive oil      1/4 c Fresh lemon juice
1/4 ts Allspice      1/4 ts Black pepper
