1 Head lettuce finely chpd      2 c Celery thinly sliced
1/2 c Green onions thinly sliced      8 oz Cn sliced water chestnuts
20 oz Pkg petite peas      1 1/2 c Mayo
1 ts Seasoned salt      1 tb Sugar Garlic powder
1/2 c Parmesan      1 lb Bacon cooked crumbled
3 Hard cooked eggs
