8 Egg yolks      1 1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Butter or margarine      1 c Chopped pecans
1 c Raisins      1 c Flaked coconut
1/2 c Bourbon      1/2 c Maraschino cherries; sliced
 Recipe by: Southern Living Preparation Time: 0:30 Combine egg yolks sugar and butter in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened (about 20 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Cool completely. Yield: 3-1/2 cups.
